At Playgate, we do not sell or distribute our jukeboxes directly to individuals, pubs, taverns, bars, etc..
We only supply to our appointed network of dealers, franchises or partners in order to add exclusivity to our range of products.
We believe in building a good working relationship or friendship with our franchises by protecting their investment from unethical operators giving them the peace of mind they need to focus and grow their business.

Worldwide:

We are looking to appoint franchises, distributors and dealer principals in several countries around the world as we are looking to expand beyond Africa from early 2022.
Dealer principals/Appointed Agents will be responsible for appointing new franchises, sales and distribution.

To qualify to become a Playgate Digital Jukebox Franchise, we will look at the following criteria:
(Not applicable to Dealers or Distributors applications outside Africa)

* A history of being a well established commercial coin-operator with a minimum of 20 jukeboxes in operation.

* Relevant experience in the coin-op industry.

* If no coin-op experience, business experience or track record.

* Depended on your Music Rights Usage license(s) to be approved for the country in which you want to use our Digital Jukeboxes.

* Must be willing to do regular training on our software and try to attend our annual Playgate group Conference once in a while to keep track of what is happing in the industry, product launches, etc..

* Buy or convert no less than 20 Jukeboxes.

* Willingness to upheld and comply with the code of conduct as decided by the existing network of Franchises in your country.

* You must be able to fits into the group dynamics.

* Some franchise applications need to be approved by a Franchise Area Principal where applicable.
